Bright Spots | Equatorial Edition

The chance to spend ten uninterrupted days with my mama (and dad, too, in between his business trip to – of all places – Ulaan Bataar) was the greatest gift. The headspace granted, the blessed absence from my desk, the freedom to soak up the gleaming sunlight and swim daily could not have been more wished for and more appreciated. It’s the most time off I’ve been able to take since starting full-time work in 2013 and my mind feels clear, my body calmed, my creativity sparked.
